What you are buying
One-time digital report credits: 1 for $1.99 USD, 5 for $6.99 USD, or 20 for $19.99 USD. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Review the total displayed by Stripe before confirming payment.
One credit opens one deeper I Ching or BaZi report in your account. I Ching credits also open that reading’s foundation view. I Ching reports include changing-line prompts and a relating-hexagram perspective where applicable. BaZi reports add visible-stem comparisons, phase relationships and a guided reflection. BaZi foundation readings remain free. This is source-led, template-based editorial educational material, not an individually written consultation, a scientifically validated prediction, or medical, legal, or financial advice.
Access and delivery
Sign in before purchasing. Credits are delivered to that account after payment verification, usually shortly after checkout. A return from Stripe alone is not proof of payment. If confirmation is delayed, check your purchase history or contact us rather than paying again.
Credits have no automatic expiry and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Reopening an unlocked report does not consume another credit. Deleting a reading does not restore its credit. Keep a downloaded copy of reports you wish to retain independently of this service.
Refunds and payment problems
For a mistaken purchase, duplicate charge, missing credits, or a refund request, contact hasami0113@outlook.com with the purchase reference. We review requests individually; nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
A successful refund removes a proportionate number of credits from that purchase, rounded up to a whole credit. A disputed purchase has its credits held while the dispute is active or lost. Credits can be restored following a resolved dispute where appropriate. If credits were already spent, the balance may become negative; contact us for help before purchasing again.
Account deletion
Deleting your website account removes access to its remaining credits and reports. Export your records and contact us about unused credits or unresolved payments first. Open checkouts must be confirmed or expired before account deletion can proceed. Minimal payment records are retained separately for reconciliation, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations.
Payment and privacy
Stripe processes payments. We store purchase references, amounts, payment status, and credit usage, but do not receive your full card number or security code. See our privacy policy. No ad network is currently connected, and a purchase never authorizes sharing your journal with advertisers.
